The SKYWIND™ Wind Cone built by SKYTECH SAS provides visual indication of wind direction and speed on airfields for helicopters or airplanes on both short runways and large airports.

Mast:
The main mast is made of metal construction in square or round structural tube finished in electrostatic paint.
Structural adaptation for portable system.
L-807, 5.5m high, hinged

Material resistant to tropical weather conditions.
Standards:
SKYWIND™ complies with FAA international standards in accordance with AC 150-5345-27 E (Specification for wind cone assemblies).
Lightning:
When required, SKYWIND™ incorporates a red top (Style 1-A) and/or internal (Style 1-B) LED light that meets the photometric requirements of airport standards for visualization.

General descriptions:
Wind cone mast, with L-807(L) standard, with size 1 (18″) and in accordance with AC 1505345-27E FAA (Specification for wind cone assemblies).
5.5-meter mast with a folding system and an orange electrostatically painted structure. It comes with a base for anchoring to the ground and a corrosion-resistant support arm for maintenance.
The fabric cone (with ties) measures (8) feet in length and eighteen (18) inches in diameter at the basket entrance.
The cone is equipped with two internal LED lights.
